4, Delivery
After you have paid for your order, you will receive a notification email to confirm your payment, and you can clcik [+ Post Your Ad] to complete the listing details page. then click [Submit] button to post your ad. It will show up to the public right away, and you will receive a notification email to confirm that your ad is now published. When your ad is published, the delivery of your order is completed.
5, Cancellation
5.1, When your ad is published, the delivery of your order is completed. In this case, you cannot cancel your order, but you can edit your ad or delete your ad anytime before your ad expires.
5.2, If you have paid for your order, and then you decide not to publish your ad. In this case, you can cancel your order and ask for a refund.
6, Refund
6.1, After a listing has been published, the delivery of your order is completed. This listing fee (membership fee) cannot be refunded, even in the event that you terminate the related service by yourself, or you are terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Use.
6.2, If you have paid for your order, and then you decide not to publish your ad. In this case, you can ask for a refund. Please email us your refund application with your order details. We will check your refund application and your order details. We will issue the refund after we have checked and confirmed your refund application, and you will receive a notification email about the refund. This will take up to 5 working days after we have received your refund application.
6.3, After you have paid your Promotion fee, your listing will be promoted at once. You cannot cancel the promotion. The promotion fee is not refundable. If your listing will be expire in less than 30 days, then, your promotion will be ended at the time when your listing expires.
7, Payment and security
7.1, We accept credit card/debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay. We accept payments from Alipay.
