Having come from a background in sales, I gained a strong insight into the industry, and developed a ‘feel’ for what my client's needed, which in turn, typically resulted in highly favourable outcomes. Also, past work experience in the banking industry gave me a wide range of contacts related to lending, which often helps my clients today. For six+ years, I’ve been working in the real estate business as part of a multi-award winning team. We focused on residential property in the East and Southern areas and we also became involved in projects such as Ramada apartments and Solway developments where they promoted a refreshing lifestyle concept. We also marketed affordable homes in Glenbrook, Pukekohe, Papakura and Cosgrave and Walters Road developments in Takanini, working closely with both Kiwi and Asian developers. I learned that putting my clients first achieves the best result, and I have loads of tenacity and excellent negotiation skills when it comes to closing deals. After marrying my Kiwi husband Bradley, I quickly adapted to the local Kiwi lifestyle.
