About Paras Chaudhary Meeting a variety of people every day and being able to help them achieve their property goals, is what I love most about real estate. Also, the flexible hours are helpful when it comes to fitting in with clients’ sometimes busy and complicated schedules. I have Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Management and prior to real estate I worked as a whiteware installer with Fisher & Paykel. This role gave me the chance to view all sorts of property – old houses, new houses, apartments – it definitely sparked my interest in real estate. I’ve been living in the Pakuranga for almost eight years now. It’s a central and very accessible suburb and the diversity of cultures creates a good sense of community. Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my lovely and supportive wife and our very inquisitive six-year-old daughter. I love the outdoors especially walking with the family and our dog, Rajah. I also enjoy Netflix and indulge my passion for film when I get the chance. My philosophy is that we should take every opportunity instead of waiting around. I like to be proactive and I plan ahead, which definitely helps in the world of property.
